Staci Phillips is a consultant, trainer, speaker and youth coach with a
passion for inspiring and motivating America’s youth on all
socio-economic levels. She specializes in the training and development

She has 15 years of managerial and leadership experience from various industries, including retail, healthcare, business and communications. Staci is the National Student Advisor for the National Technical Association, based in Washington, D.C. additionally; she has formed alliances with other national youth organizations to reach her audience, such as The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, The YMCA, Girl Scouts of America, and others.
She has the unique ability to adapt to any environment, organizational culture and adds value to every team she works with. She is a graduate of Howard University and holds a B.A, in Communications, with a minor Secondary Education.
